How can the organization support managers in the development of their direct reports? 3. How can the HRD function within an organization support change management? 4. Can the HRD function influence the ethical behavior of an organization’s employees, especially it’s managers? In other words, are people either moral and ethical by nature or can this behavior be taught through training?
