 Scenario

The CEO of a large staffing agency, People United, is interviewing you to be the new COO. He wants to make sure you are resilient, and that you understand the importance of resilience for an employee in this position. The company innovates and changes at a fast rate, and the employment services industry can be very challenging and demanding.
